Dance life no one is watching

Put on your fave song on, blast it and Dance, move your body and feel yourself or go on YouTube and find some dance tutorials to learn a new dance.

Get Creative - Create something new

Create something from scratch can have a positive effect on your wellbeing.  Try a new craft, art, skill or get out your tools and let the creative juices flow.  Check out our library of different online creative, arts & crafts and cooking videos in our Get Creative Library.

Serve & help someone else

When we serve others, that makes us feel happier as well as making others feel good and happy. Everyday use your magic to be of service to others.  Bake something for someone, help your neighbour, do some babysitting or volunteer

Spend time outdoors, in nature

Make time to get outside, breathe in fresh air and notice the world and nature around you.  Find a great view, sit and ponder in a quiet place just you, and soak it all up.

Notice the good stuff. Be grateful

Write down a list of what you are grateful for in your life and try sharing something you are grateful for in conversation.  Not only will you feel good, but you'll share your positivity with others too.

Call a friend that you trust and who makes you happy, spend more time with them, do something fun together or just relax and chill with them.  Being around positive people always lifts their spirit.

Getting some exercise daily is good for your health, body, mind, and soul.  It ican help reduce stress and improve your sleep.  So find some physical activity you enjoy doing and make sure you atlas get 30min of exercise in  per day.  Go for a walk, join a gym, do some home workouts, Zumba... whatever you enjoy, must move your body.
